Not even the line is flat in Italy!

"When you are happy you are too happy, when you are sad you are too sad... You should have a more constant mood as a flat line all the time!"Be in the middle? Flat? Dull? No way, impossible...this is how I am! Changing my personality would be loose my identity. This time I have been touched in my freedom of expression!
After 16 years of living away from my country I am still very proud of being able to express my emotions in a very clear way. Maybe is bad for the "society" but when I changed my way of being, some years ago in Paris, I didn't feel as being myself anymore!
You may think that I didn't grow up? Well in that case my father, who behaves the same way, never grew up either! And what about my friends from school in whom I can recognize the same "symptoms" like getting over excited by a very insignificant thing?
Maybe I am like this because I have been watching too often La Linea when I was a kid. In this very popular cartoon from the 70's the little man coming out from a line could change is mood from happy, to sad to angry in as little as 2min and 30sec...and of course it is loud and with a lot of hand movements. Have a look at the web site!

And you know what's funny? We are the only ones accused of being non-flat... Other mediteranian people living in Holand had already hear the same "critic".
i don't consider myself flat at all... that's the beauty of living!
principessa, grazie per il sito, stupendo, io lo vedevo ogni tanto con il papa ma non mi riccordavo come si chiamava!
